How many credits do I get free?
Every new account gets 20 free OCR credits. Each PDF conversion uses 1 credit. You can top up anytime from your dashboard.
What file formats are supported?
We currently support PDF files (scanned & digital), JPEG, PNG, and TIFF images. Max file size is 50MB per upload.
How accurate is the OCR?
Our AI-powered OCR achieves 99.8% accuracy on clean documents. For degraded or handwritten scans, using Image Enhancement options (Grayscale / Noise Reduction) greatly improves results.
Are my uploaded files stored?
Files are temporarily stored during processing and automatically deleted within 24 hours. We never share your documents with third parties.
My credits are not updating?
Credits may take a few minutes to reflect after a top-up. Try logging out and back in. If the issue persists, contact our billing team.
