Do you keep a copy of my file?

No, we do not keep copies of your files. You can delete your file from our servers immediately after conversion. Otherwise, all files are automatically deleted after 24 hours or after 10 downloads.

Your files are private — no one else has access to them, and our service is completely automated with no human monitoring of file contents.

Are my files safe to upload?

Yes. Here's how we protect your files:

  • All uploaded files are deleted after 24 hours or 10 downloads, whichever comes first.
  • No backups are made of user files.
  • File contents are never monitored without uploader permission.
  • Downloads are only accessible via a unique, non-guessable URL.
  • You retain full copyright and ownership of all your files.
Are you using my files to train AI models?

No. The private files you upload are never used to train our AI models.

Do you gain legal rights to my files when I use this service?

Absolutely not. You keep full copyright and ownership of your source files and converted files at all times. We do not own or have exclusive rights to your content, and all user files are deleted shortly after processing.

Can anyone else see my converted files?

No. We do not read, view, or copy your files. All file processing is completely automated with no human interaction. Files are automatically deleted after 24 hours or 10 downloads.

The conversion of my file failed. What's wrong?

There can be several reasons for a failed conversion:

  • The source file is corrupted (e.g. interrupted saving due to power outage).
  • The file is encrypted with Digital Rights Management (DRM).
  • The file format or codec is not supported by our converter.
  • If using a URL, ensure it's a direct link to the file, not a webpage.
  • The download link may require login or is restricted by copyright.

If you believe it's an error on our end, please contact our support team.

I'm experiencing problems while uploading.

Upload failures are usually caused by:

  • File size exceeding the 100 MB free limit — upgrade to premium for larger files.
  • Temporarily unstable internet connection — try again or switch networks.
  • Your organisation's proxy blocking large file uploads.
  • Sometimes the progress bar gets stuck, but the file was actually uploaded — check conversion history in your dashboard.
How long will the converted file be available for download?

The download link for your converted file is valid for 24 hours or 10 downloads, whichever comes first. Make sure to save your file within this window.

Why is my conversion taking so long?

Processing speed depends on your internet connection speed, the size of the uploaded file, and the current load on our servers. Large or complex files may take more time.

Are there files that cannot be converted?

Yes. The most common reasons a file cannot be converted are:

  • The original document is corrupted.
  • The document is password-protected or has editing restrictions enabled.

Please check the file opens correctly on your device and has no protection before uploading.

I cannot find my downloaded file.

If you clicked the "Download" button, your file should be in your browser's default downloads folder. If you received an error or the browser stopped working, try downloading the file again.
